In Germany, we visited a sludge tanker transportation company specialized in the transport of food-grade liquids such as milk and fruit juice, and focused on collecting its feedback on the actual use of PAXXON 385/65R22.5 164K PTR58 tires.

The customer has clear core requirements for tires: stable quality, reliable performance and high safety level.

·6 Weeks of Real Road Testing, Stable and Reliable Performance

The PTR58 has completed 6 consecutive weeks of field testing in the customer's fleet, covering operating conditions of high-frequency long-distance transportation and full-load operation. The customer stated that the PTR58 has outstanding performance in terms of stability and consistency, fully meeting the stringent safety requirements for food-grade sludge tanker transportation.

·Low Heat Generation & Low Rolling Resistance, Helping to Reduce Operational Costs

The customer feedback shows that the PTR58 features low heat generation and low rolling resistance during long hours of continuous driving, keeping the truck in stable operation and helping to reduce overall energy consumption. Against the backdrop of the current high fuel cost pressure in Germany, this advantage is particularly important for the long-term operation of the fleet.

·High Wear-Resistant Design, Adapting to the Needs of High-Consumption 

FleetsThe PTR58 adopts a wear-resistant tread compound and a reinforced tire body structure, maintaining uniform wear and good service life even under heavy load and high-mileage operating conditions. The customer believes that reducing tire replacement frequency and improving vehicle attendance rate meets the actual needs of its high-consumption fleet.

It is worth mentioning that all trucks of this customer are equipped with Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS), which have extremely high requirements for tire quality and stability. This further verifies the reliable performance of the PTR58.
